Who cares????

Who cares about the common man? Every day while driving down to office I manage to wade through the most disobedient, disorganised vehicular traffic. I come across motorists who have scant respect for the traffic signals, and also traffic officials who literally stand as mute spectators. One of the busy intersections is Royapettah clock tower, and this point is always CONFUSING TO MOTORISTS. Motorists from Pycrofts road have to risk their lives to get across to Whites road even when the signal is green for them, for, no one allows them to drive through the funny junction. From West Cott Road its free left turn towards Whites road!!! With a tall edifice standing high one has to maneuver carefully to reach Whites road! To add confusion to the existing chaos here, we have a new mall on Whites Road and it’s just hell to drive along this place. Another interesting feature here is the 'automatic traffic signal' that is never obeyed by motorists of all kinds. Even when a policeman is around, no one bothers and they simply violate the signal. Rear-ending is a common problem for people who follow rules meticulously.

IS THERE A SYSTEM TO EDUCATE MOTORISTS IN THIS GREAT CITY?
